John 1:14 – “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.”
As Christians it is important that Jesus Christ whom we have received, believed and accepted be revealed in us as a lifestyle, not just as a life received by reason of His finished works.
Our lives as Christians must be transparent in the sense that when people come to us or in our daily interaction with men Jesus Christ be revealed in and through us. Our lives individually must reflect the Glory of Christ at work in us.
Every tree that is planted and is well nourished will bear good fruit so also should be our lives individually in Christ. Let men see you and see Christ revealed.
The purpose of planting a tree is that it produce good fruit. It is the fruit of a tree that really matters. Of what use is a tree if it is not producing the fruit by reason of which it is planted?
Matt. 7:18-20 – “A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them.”
We are lightened to light others.
Matt. 5:14-16 – “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
Don’t just study or meditate on scripture, live it out. The word should become flesh in you as you dwell among men and they should continually behold His Glory in you so that in this way you will lead them to Christ.
The earnest expectation of creation is not eagerly waiting for the talking of the sons of God, but the manifestation of the sons of God.
LIVE THE LIFE YOU NOW HAVE IN YOU
Rom.8.19 – For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.
