Scripture Reference: Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: if either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. – Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
We were created for connection. Everyone needs someone to help achieve their dreams because one is too small to achieve greatness. Relationships with people are so important that the years we spend trying to gain formal education should also be spent on learning how to navigate relationships.
You need people. Material things cannot give fulfillment. When our relationships are in great shape, we experience uncommon fulfillment. This is deep and we need to open up and learn how to manage our day to day relationships.
When we have no understanding of the human-machine and how to relate with people, then we will have loads of problems yet there are hardly courses or schools that teach how to maximize relationships with people.
Nobody trains or teaches us on the various keys that we need to properly manage our relationships particularly marital relationships.
Daily digest: Always remember someone’s effort is a reflection of their interest in you.
Prayer: Dear Lord, I offer you this prayer, to help me with my current relationship situation. Please take away all the pain and hurt in my heart. Fill it with love, joy, patience, and understanding.
