It is normal that you can’t always be found in the place of prayers. Man is a spirit being and also otherwise so we must balance things so we can be relevant in both realms.

But while we go about doing our daily business I want us to not make a mistake that so many people make. They separate their Christian life from their work life or their daily life.

When this happens, they totally have the mentality that the principles of the kingdom should only be carried out in the church gathering or among their fellow believers.

No it should not be. The kingdom shape our lifestyle everywhere and anytime. To be spiritual does not mean to close your eyes so tightly in the place of prayer or that you squeeze your face with everyone.

To be spiritual means to fear God (be God-conscious) and obey His commandments.

These are the basic things that so many of us lack thereby making it seem like spirituality is meant to be displayed only in church services or during prayer time.

Paul says in Philippians 1:21 “For me to live is Christ….” So it means your whole life and living should display Christ. Not just when you are in church.

If the early church lived their life the way we are living it. You wouldn’t have met Christianity. It wouldn’t have been a problem to the Jews, Zealots, Saducees and Pharisees then because they would have just conformed to their lifestyle when they are outside then when they get back to fellowship they become spiritual and log in to Christ’ life again but they didn’t live like that.

The church would have not gotten to this point if they lived like that. Christianity would have been all hypocrisy if they sustained that kind of living.

Remember “For in Him we live, we move and have our being”
